Location only

It is difficult to go back to live again, the room is not comfortable, the cleaning is less than normal, it is not harmful, the coffee machine is not working, and after cleaning the bathroom, I discovered that while I was swimming, there were no materials such as shampoo or body soap

Would stay here again - on lower level!

Location was easy to get to. Breakfast was included for us. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Elevators! They only go to 2rd floor and we were on 4th. We had to take elevator up to 3, walk down a small hall, up a flight of stairs, walk again and go up another very steep and narrow flight of spiral stairs - carrying our large luggage. From now on I will request a lower level room for my 62+ year old back!

Not the greatest, but would definitely stay again

I would stay here again purely for the location, because it was ideal. Short walk from Central station, Dam square and other attractions. Staff were nice. They had a luggage room which was really handy when we arrived before we could check in.

The room wasn't the cleanest. Water didn't drain quickly when you had a shower, causing a bit of a flood. We had a street facing room, and it could be very noisy with drunks walking by late at night/bin men cleaning early in the morning

Average and over priced.

Good loc

My room was on the ground floor and all I could hear was noise from outside I didnt get any sleep also not once was my shower supplying warm water. My friend also left a pair of trainers there after checking out and when I went back to look for him they were gone. Assuming they were stolen by a member of staff

Great location, but dirty.

Great location

Dirty bathroom and mold in the shower. Not Soundproof rooms, can hear the guy next door taking a dump. Coffemachine got stains and did not look like it had been cleaned for a while.

not a very comfortable stay, esp the 1st night. we were given a basement room near to street level, and we could hear pe

the staff is great and very helpful.

the rooms are dirty, there is stench smell in the room. housekeeping is bad, cleaner didnt change the towels and throw the cushion onto the floor.

Cheap and cheerful. Perfectly decent for a lads trip.

Location was excellent.

Nothing to dislike. You got what you paid for.
