The location and the beds are comfortable
Can’t think of anything
Beds were super soft, staff were helpful and friendly, shower was good, location was perfect for shops restaurants and walking distance to museums, tram stop, central station etc. and for those who are looking, the RLD is round the corner too. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in this area this was very clean and very suitable for families.
Roof was low in parts, banged my head a couple of times, but this is the nature of a lot of buildings in Amsterdam due to age electricity went out for 4 hours on one of the days (not the hotels fault) and we had a giant spider in the room terrorising the kids that kept hiding when I tried to catch it.
Friendly service, great room. Good location.
We enjoyed everything
Very central location. Staff was very friendly. Very good breakfast.
The entrance door to the room number 10 is a little bit loose, so there is a gap to the floor area. We could hear everything happening outside. It needs to be fixed. Compared to the other room we had (no. 7).
