The young lady on reception with the tattoos was one of the nicest people I have encountered. She was so helpful and just pleasant to deal with. The older gentleman could take a few lessons from her.

The reception area could really do with a revamp. And I don't see why they could not facilitate a bar even if only for soft drinks/ smoothies / snacks at the area behind reception.

Loved the bed linen, renovated rooms, the modern bathroom and the service from the hotel staff.

I couldn't open the windows but I understand this isn't an industry standard.

The location is perfect, and the rooms and bathrooms are quite large, there is air con which was much appreciated during the hot weather.

The bed is not the most comfortable and we were given only two small and thin pillow. We checked in the wardrobe and could not find it. Maybe we could have asked at the reception is they had extras, not sure.
