Without question, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life.
The staff are unfriendly. The Halls and the rooms are filthy. The shower head was broken. There was a toilet paper in the room. There were no towels in the room. When we changed rooms, we had to bring our bedding with us.
Nothing
The dirtiness and the smell of weed
I booked an accessible room, which I didn't get. The toilet seat was loose and wobbly. I had to have someone come and turn on the shower for me as the handle was too hard to turn.
Nothing The worst stay ever!! Smell of some kind of chemical made my family sick Pest spray maybe. Safety was an issue. Property was run down people hanging out selling drugs or whatever We left the property a few hours after of checking in couldn’t take the smell or feeling of being rob.
Everything
The price was incredibly cheap. That is really all that is good about it, unfortunately. And the location- it is next to a Sonic and that is a good place to go.
The stay that my girlfriend and I had at your hotel was atrocious. When we checked in, we were given the key to a room where the smoke detector was removed from the ceiling and was sitting on a table. There was food debris all over the counters, and the bed sheets had clearly not been changed. We were given another room after complaining to the front desk. Overnight, my girlfriend's vehicle was vandalized. Her license plate was bent up and over the rear car camera and her license plate holder was shattered. When we got back to the hotel after a day out, we discovered that the hotel was gathering up all our belongings and putting it into storage. It turns out that the check-in clerk never bothered to update the room change in their system, and so they were emptying out our room. That night, our keycards didn't work. Myself and other people in the lobby ended up going to find the night clerk playing on her phone outside and ignoring the front desk. Finally, we needed more towels and we were told that we cannot just swap them out- that they will have to wash the ones we were provided and that we will get them "sometime" in the morning. It was honestly a horrific hotel experience, and both myself and my girlfriend have zero desire to stay at that property -or any of these properties- again.
Small pre-packaged muffins. Tiny but flavorful. Decent bed. Impermeable mattress cover.
Breakfast was meager. Plain oatmeal (flavors were "picked over"). Grab and go back to your room. In front entry way. No place to sit. Bathroom needed maintenance. Could not use tub unless you aimed shower to run down the wall into tub (strange!). Tub did not have cover on overflow. Signs of mildew/mold on edges. Toilet seat cover did not match size of toilet. No handicapped accessible bars. Only one chair (not recliner). On-line pictures of room show a roll-around desk chair. "They were removed when we remodeled." So, no chairs available to use with the table/desk for eating/working at desk. Awkward. Parking lot by entrance needed maintenance--cigarette butts, trash, dead plant.
