Very clean, super central location, beautiful room.
A bit impersonal. There was a high-pitched alarm going off in a room on our floor early one morning which could be heard across the entire floor. We called down to the front desk but it was never resolved.
How close it was to everything.
Rooms are catered for men. My room had no extra mirrors other than the bathroom. Didn’t like how the water leaked out of the shower creating puddles. Also I didn’t like how the refrigerator didn’t cool and it was used for storage and hot drinks are stored for people to drink.
Historic property with many enjoyable details. Bed was great. AC worked well. Privacy was very good. Design of unit (Jr. King Suite) was spacious, well laid out. Nice location across from Millennium Park. Drawing Room was both a fun place to dine or hang out.
The one TV that faced bed did not allow for one person to sleep while another person watched TV from either the living or the dining area.
The food was good.
Menu was limited and pricey. Service was slow.
