Historic property with many enjoyable details. Bed was great. AC worked well. Privacy was very good. Design of unit (Jr. King Suite) was spacious, well laid out. Nice location across from Millennium Park. Drawing Room was both a fun place to dine or hang out.
The one TV that faced bed did not allow for one person to sleep while another person watched TV from either the living or the dining area.
The food was good.
Menu was limited and pricey. Service was slow.
Loved the location and design
My room was facing a wall
The junior suite was spacious and comfortable and the building has a pleasant art deco feel. The location was convenient for the finish line of the half-marathon, in which our son was running, which was the main reason for choosing it.
The fridge didn’t work: we called the front desk to request an engineer and were told that it wasn’t actually a fridge!
