I recommend to people staying to pay attention if the breakfast included in my case was not included

- water was not hot enough. - $25 parking fee. No other places in the same location charge for parking fee. - Staff did not pay attention to the guest.

Everything, my stay was perfect. It was clean, all staff are nice, beds are very comfy and the breakfast was good. No complaints at all.

Overall, not an entirely unpleasant...

The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly and were able to accommodate our specific needs without any fuss.

Unfortunately, the room quality and overall standard has dropped since we have been coming here since 2006. Although the property has undergone an entire renovation, rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, towels remain dirty (we asked for a change of towels and the ‘fresh’ ones we were given had hair in them).
