Nice breakfast, comfy bed.

The room smells like cigarettes, pluming issues. We saw some used cigarettes on the floor at the balcony. Looks like our room wasn't supposed to be open for guests. We didn't ask for another room cuz we arrived late and super tired.

Just what we were looking...

Excellent location to Fallsview casino and restaurants. All the staff were super friendly. Very welcoming greeting upon arrival. Breakfast and parking were included; that was much appreciated.

Property is a little "tired" but still comfortable. With such an excellent location, a property facelift would be justified!

The desk staff was very informative amd breakfast was pretty good as well.

I had asked for a room in tower for my daughter's birthday but we were put on second floor in older section. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were very uncomfortable as well.

The front desk people were kind

The room was disgusting. Old coffee filter left in coffee machine, dust ,the chair was ripped up, wall has stains on it, paint chipped walks, window sill had dirt and mold. I took pictures
