I booked water fall view but they gave me without view They charged dollars 24 for water fall view

Schumann paul is not usable because it's super dirty. Coffee service not usable because it's super dirty plus soul and cold. Not Kevin Adolf, God knows. When is the last time they did change of water? After all the parking lot on the separate area, you have to park your car unblock to the hotel. If you want to take a shower you have to be free or burn.Because there is no medium water between

Wonderful staff and location. Property a little tired but good value for money. Clean and comfortable

I am so sorry I did not catch her name but there was a blonde staff member who was always going above for customers. We went to have a coffee and needed milk and she went to got us milk right away and then said oh wait let me make some fresh coffee and that was what she did. She always had a smile and said hello. Also the kitchen staff at breakfast were wonderful always cleaning and greeting people in the morning. I also witnessed on my last day the kitchen staff helping a group of people with the waffle maker. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I feel there could have been more of a selection for breakfast such as bacon and fruits maybe some fried potatoes.

Having to park off site, especially when it was dark out.

Breakfast was a late start (8:00am). I came in late and could not go see the falls after coming in, so I had to wait for AM. I wanted to get up early and make the most of the day. My start was delayed and check out was 11, so I had just a short window of time. The drain in the bathroom was slow, I found a Skittle and long hairs on the floor (I have short hair).
