Best is their Reception Manager Mr Anash. And other staffs also like Chief of Restaurant and other Reception Manager like the lady staff in Reception.

- 4 cm cockroach (scarafaggio, cafard) in the bathroom prevented me from taking a shower when checking out early - miserable club sandwich made with mayo and wurstel (and chicken that felt unsafe to eat). I complained when checking out but they made me paid it even extra - given that I had to check out early, the day before they assured me that I could have breakfast earlier, but nothing was ready when I left (and I paid for the breakfast. No excuses. No reimbursement) - I asked to leave my comment to the manager, but the staff told me that I could not talk to anyone and that the manager can be bothered only after 7 (even in case of a fire). I left my email so they could reach me out and listen my feedback but I was never contacted (so I am here. I never leave negative feedback on booking.com, as I prefer to talk in person)
