Extended Stay America Suites - Detroit - Dearborn

I liked the location the best. Its surrounded by everything and the staff on the second day of my stay was very friendly and tried to help the best they could.

I did not like that my room wasnt clean all the way. The tables were nasty and hair was throughout my room (red strands) the furniture out of date and my covers were cleaned but stained and had an odor.

Location Elevator. Room was quiet

The entire hotel needs a lot of TLC. Carpet was stained and dirty. Furniture was badly scufffed and needed attention. I would not recommend a long term stay.

Under the sheets, there were blood stains, food crumbs and dried, dead bed bugs on top of the mattress. i was so uncomfortable that I had to check out.

Checked me in to a room thats already occupied. Very embarrassing. Next room shower head running all night no shampoo conditioner room phone not working

the furniture is worn out there was no shampoo in the room, when i complained, they said that they probably ran out.
