Locating, space, value

Needs a bit of maintenance and could be cleaner.

Great location. My family and I really appreciated getting the chance to check-in earlier than 4 pm. It was very accommodating of them to do this. The room had a nice view of the pool. The transfer service driver helped us bring up our luggages as there were no elevators. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The area around is nice.

I guess this is not a huge deal but the WIFI did not work in one of the bedrooms. We had to buy dish soap and laundry detergent and these items were not provided.

The location was great! On a hill but great for getting to town.

The beds were ancient. We couldnt sleep because springs were digging into our bodies. The staff didnt let us cancel even when my son was having a medical emergency. They had poor customer service. There was also no dishwasher soap, no paper towels, salt or pepper. The facilities were bleak.

It was a good space for a short break, with a private outdoor area.

The staff in reception were not helpful or welcoming.

It is a very convenience place and easy access to Carvoeiro downtown. It is only within 30 minutes drive to some famous beaches and only 12 minutes drive to Percurso dos Sete Vales Suspensos. The stay is spacious. The beds are comfortable.

We were disappointed with the ocean view. The room we had is not exactly ocean view and can't remember the room number. It is only a little bit because the most is hidden by the bushes. The best recommendation is to request second floor if book for ocean view. Beside that, I would like to thank Touna(receptionist) very much for her help to arrange of getting a room with an ocean view but no luck. She was very patient and willing to help.

The maid service was unexpected and wonderful! Pools lovely, and the view was great, especially at night!
