Location, free bus in to town, the hot pools, the bartenders and other staff.

No bottled water in room, had to ask for tea and coffee at reception throughout the week even though we were given enough for one day upon check in. Whilst they said it would be replenished every day like a normal hotel it wasn't. When making up the room only one bed was made the other wasn't, never experienced that before. No mini bar. No information in room about facilities and opening or closing times of anything. Had to find out restaurant was closed between 12pm and 2pm only when I went down for lunch (odd time to be closed). None of the bathroom items you'd expect from a high end hotel which is VERY expensive. Felt like I was in a budget hotel, which in my experience actually provides all the basics I mentioned above.

The Brutalist Interior Design was captivating-- the resturant and lobby staff were beyond kind and remembered small preferences of my spouse and myself-- while still attending to the hundred other Rotarians in the hotel that spoke at least 12 other languages.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. Rooms are lovely and beds very comfortable, the room was available for us upon an early arrival. Breakfast was delicious and staff wonderful ! Highly recommend the Westley !

The hotel was centrally located, modern and very clean. The room was large and beds comfortable. The fitness center was well equipped. The staff accommodating and friendly.

Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been appreciated.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, the location was very good. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom facilities were excellent. All in all I would definitely recommend this facility.
