Very good hotel no complaints
This hotel is a GEM. Right on the river and out of the city chaos, yet only moments through tunnel to NYC! Not to mention the kind staff, especially manager, who understood an out of towners worry with Winter Weather Advisory & worked with me fairly.
The staff is very welcoming. The hotel is very clean.
I feel like the mattresses are too thin where you feel the board underneath and they can do better.
The price
There was no Wi-Fi. And the radio channels on the TV I contacted the office downstairs and that they said they were going to credit the room. And I needed to speak to the manager in the morning the next day and Manager refused to pick up the phone
