Perfect location Clean room

good location - walking distance to the main attractions, quiet place, comfortable room, varied and sufficient breakfast

the elevator occasionally did not work, so it was not convenient to climb up and carry suitcases

The location is fine, the staff was friendly, was fairly quiet. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom.

The corridors, including the space around the reception, are quite narrow. The elevator was on and off, and this is the problem since the entire hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building.The breakfast was very basic.

Buffet variety was fine and tasty

Close to Train Station, clean room, and polite receptionists, very helpful providing directions and recommendations of places and restaurants

The staff were so kind and friendly, very helpful, pretty nice location near the termini area. The room was very spacious and confortable

The shower had a very high step (was uncomfortable for my mom) otherwise everything were fine

For a 2 star hotel it had all the basics. The room was clean and it was what we expected based on previous reviews. The hotel was in a fantastic location (most of the major sites within a 30 minute walk) and had many places to eat nearby.

Again for a basic hotel we couldn’t fault it. We had no issues and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
