Accommodations were ok
Very noisy overhead and unable to sleep. Window broken from gunshot. Breakfast was bad.
The breakfast was so limited that we left without eating. We are adults and are decades past eating fruit loops which was the only cereal option. I presume that this was because the only other people we saw appeared to be children living there with their mothers. The were very polite and no problem but I felt we were staying in some sort of emergency accommodation.
It took a great deal of time to get settled into a room. The first room had a broken toilet so we repacked and moved. The second room we could not enter because the door was broken. The female staff member was in her socks, no shoes! When we came out in the morning she would not engage with us.
The room size was very good
The breakfast area was below, mediocre, and no eggs. Hot water or coffee was not readily available all day. Therefore, we went out to eat every breakfast. The room had a broken window.
Standard breakfast
We did not like that homeless people are housed in this hotel. Smoking outside in pajamas, just really uncomfortable and we did not feel safe. We paid an extraordinary amount for one night at this place and it was a difficult and uncomfortable experience. Never again.
Nothing
The place smelled of old cigarettes, there were transient and social services places people living there, it was more like their own personal apart.ent building, and that didn't leave any space for guests at the hotel. The breakfast was reheated frozen eggs and sausage, a d limited on availability due to the lo g term residents. There is no cell service, and the wifi was over subscribed so it didn't work. There were limited TV channels in English. The residents upstairs were loud, wrestling or jumping on the floor until well past 2am. Given the surroundings, while the room was clean, I felt dirty just being there.
I did not partake. The cleanliness was so poor - stinks on furniture, a piece of cooked rice on the fresh sheets, dirty floor... that I chose not to eat there.
NOT CLEAN Very Loud - families were very loud late at night on the stairs
Nothing.
There were stains ALL over the room. On the bed, on the couch, the towels. It was absolutely disgusting. Walls were paper thin.
When we arrived to check in @ the hotel we detected a very strong odor of marijuana and severely unsavory characters were just hanging around the lobby I spoke to the front desk officer @ the time and voiced our concerns her response essentially unacceptable she stated that they couldnt do anything about the marijuana because its legal in the upper State of New York I told her that we are cancelling our reservations & she said okay but I have to charge you $189.00 for the first night I told her I dont agree with that policy because regardless of the 48 hour cancellation policy we would have never known the condition of the hotel until the day we arrived / checked-in We later determined that the hotel was being used as a homeless shelter - this was never communicated to us
The hotel was filthy We spoke to other people who stayed @ the hotel and they reported that they had issues with bed bugs thats disgusting
Breakfast was fair. Ran out of coffee. Tables not cleared or cleaned. Waffles were good
Stains on carpet. Furniture stained snd worn
