Nothing
Breakfast had a waitress that evidently didn’t like Americans.
Loved the breakfast and the rooftop bar. The staff were great.
Only location
The staff were generally unfriendly and the hotel was severely understaffed. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. The service was poor and disorganized—there was often nobody at the reception desk, and no bellboy was available to assist with luggage. During breakfast, the staff were particularly rude and dismissive, showing a clear lack of hospitality and professionalism.
Hip and modern and a terrific spa.
No notes.
Very good
Too small space…too busy at breakfast time
Amazing place and services, amazing breakfast. Location!!!
Expensive!, first floor bar closed during Summer!!!!!
The bed was incredibly comfortable, it was perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything we were doing.
From the middle of the night until our departure, there was no running water in our rooms. While one room had a functioning sink, neither the shower nor the bathtub was operational, making it impossible for us to properly shower or get ready before check-out. We began inquiring about the issue with the front desk starting at 8:00 AM and followed up several times until 10:00 AM. Each time, we were told that the water was either working or would be restored shortly, but this never happened. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of clear communication and accountability. At a five-star hotel charging over €500 per night, we expected a much higher standard of service and transparency. The situation was handled in an unprofessional manner and unfortunately detracted from our experience.
