Interior design and aesthetic
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my young family, and while I don’t usually write reviews, the complete lack of communication and accountability from management has left me no choice. When booking, I specifically requested interconnecting rooms. I was informed this wasn't available, but I was assured we would be given adjacent rooms in the same corridor — this was the only reason I agreed to proceed with the booking. However, upon arrival, we were told there were no adjacent rooms available and my family was split across different floors — an incredibly stressful and impractical situation with young children. To her credit, the night manager at the front desk did her best to help and managed to get us closer by downgrading one of the rooms. She said she would speak to the manager and organize compensation for the price difference. We heard nothing for the duration of our stay. Upon checkout, the night manager reassured us that no further charges would be made to my card until the manager had reached out to discuss a resolution. Instead, my card was charged — and, unsurprisingly at this point, I received no communication at all. The complete silence and disregard from management is frankly unacceptable. It's clear they have no interest in resolving guest issues or delivering on promises made by their own staff. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodation — especially if you're traveling with family and expect even basic levels of communication or service recovery. A disappointing and frustrating experience that could have been avoided with a little professionalism and care.
The location was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast was a little pricy, and the bar was a little too "high-end" for us regular folks.
