Lime Resort El Nido

Staff were polite and accommodating. The lobby looks impressive when you walk in for the first time...and then realised they don't clean it!

* We were given two small rooms next to each other as we are a family of 5. After we had a shower, the ceiling started leaking water. My wife called and complained, hotel staff was reluctant to move us, but we were insistent so we were able to move to the other two rooms. They had moulds in the small bathrooms too. * Staff did not clean or mop the floors, I noticed there were minimal mopping in the lobby area but as you go up to levels 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 ect...no one used vacuum and mop to clean the common areas. I spoke to reception about hair and rubbish on the floors and for the whole time that we were there, more and more rubbish and dirt accumulated without anyone lifting an eyelid. How can you claim to be a resort when you blatantly do not clean and tidy the hotel? * Breakfast is very basic, you can not label yourself as a resort when you feed your customers food below international hotel/resort standard. * Pillows and blankets had moulds on them. I requested for a new pillow and I was given a wet pillow. I thought it was rude joke. * Curtains in our room had dirty food stains and blood stains on them. * Bathroom had so many black dots and moulds all over it. It floods when you try to have a shower. There's no bathtub. The ceilings changed colours due to moulds. * Our rooms and blankets and bedsheets were never changed the whole time we were there. I saw staff using a broomstick to sweep all the dirt outside the room and did not bother to scoop up the dirt to put it in the bin. Ppl then walked past and stepped on the dirt. Staff did not care about cleanliness. * Staff does not clean the hotel properly, I saw a person dropping baked beans on the floor and all over the cupboards during breakfast time. Staff just left it for ppl to step all over it and ignored it. No one came over to clean it up. This is a WHS as ppl can slip! * Dirty lounges and missing cushions in the lobby makes it look very unprofessional.

Overlooking el nido. Quiet place to relax

None. Location is a bit far from the town but it is manageable.

Everything was so perfect. The staff was ready to help you out, plus the food was pretty tasty, and the view from the infinity pool was amazing.

Staff friendly and great food and drink option. Had a variety of choices for any craving. Close and nearby shopping centers, beaches, and restaurants.

3 things. Elevator is small and doesnt take you all the way up. Two, some equipment needed to be fixed or upgraded. Three, the beach in front wasnt able to be enjoyed.
