Only complaint is we could not get help or luggage cart to carry up our luggage. No one at the bell desk after waiting a long time. We are disabled & it was really hard carrying it since the escalators were closed
The lobby is nice
The rooms are old and smells like smoke
The fact that it connected with other casinos. We were able to walk around without having to leave the premises…
It was a long walk from hotel to casino
