It was overpriced, gross, staff were unhelpful and always trying to upsell

We arrived at valet and sat in the car with no great for 15 minutes. We finally went inside and asked if someone could valet our car. A kid came out after we complained and didn’t even great us. He just stated that there is a $20 cash only fee to valet, and we had to pay up front. Then at check in the gave us two queens rather than the one king I requested. In addition they put us in the tower across the street when we requested the main tower. This says they sold our room to someone else. No one was friendly or inviting! It was a horrible experience and we will never come back!!
