Hotel Saint-Sulpice

The location of the hotel is great for tourists to walk to nearby shopping, dining and some sight seeing. Appreciated that the room had a mini fridge, microwave, and carafe to boil hot water.

Wish the property had an onsite fitness center ( the local one they give you a pass to is pretty grimy and worn). Can be difficult to find the hotel from the street initially. The power went out late in the evening during our stay for about 3.5 hours and the hotel did not have flashlights to provide guests. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Also the A/C went out at the same time and into the next day and there was no courtesy message sent from the hotel letting guests know.

I loved the location in Old Port which was ideal for the events I had scheduled to attend. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils to accommodate up to four persons.

The bath shower could use a mat, as anyone one with a balance issue could easily slip and fall. I placed a towel on the floor to prevent slipping when stepping out the shower to the floor.

Amazing location in the center of Old Montreal. Staff was very personable and helpful.

Parking. Only option was valet and $50/day.

Personal is polite and kind. Hotel is very well located.

The valet lost the keys of my car for hours!!! We had to cancel a restaurant experience that we booked weeks before specifically (we came from USA). I received no formal nor informal apologies for the inconvenience??!!!! The concierge service is not reflecting a 4 star hotel. WiFi is horrible and there is no space at the right height to work with a computer.

The location was excellent we could walk everywhere. All the staff we came in contact with were so helpful.
