Location is great, the hotel is super clean, workers are very nice and friendly

The rooms are a little bit dark. Be careful with extra fee and charges without notice, they charged us fees for breakfast when it was included

Internet speed and that my car could not be parked.

Located in Old Montreal by the Port, this hotel is close to many restaurants and bars. The staff are very accommodating and professional. We had a small suite which came with a very large bathroom that had a separate bathtub and large shower. Overall our stay was very good and we would stay here again

Breakfast was included in the package we chose and was a bit disappointing: no croissants or viennoiserie at all, limited choices for the included package and even the extra add-on possibilities were a bit meh. The espresso drinks were from a commercial Nespresso machine and should have tasted much better.

The room was very spacious and allowed everyone to be comfortable. The staff was great. Location cannot be beat. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel every morning. We would definitely stay there again. I also liked the carafe for filtered water in the room and the kitchen.

Location was excellent for exploring the Old Port. Notre Dame steps away. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. Good service and good portion. Bathroom was nice and updated

Rooms itself was a little tired. Needs updating and a good clean. There was a basic kitchenette but very small and lacking some basic items. Room is also very dark with the lights and dark colours and dark carpet.

Clean, large rooms

Street noise at night was significant until 2am. This was noticeable despite turning on white noise and attempting to sleep with ear plugs

Just about everything was great: the room was large, cozy, and clean. The staff was welcoming. I was glad to have chosen the option with breakfast- the restaurant setting was very nice and the classic breakfast options (which were included with the room) were good. Perfect location.

The sofa-bed / pullout couch was not the most comfortable

Beautiful location in the old city. Large, well equipped, comfortable, and quiet suites. Great breakfast in an attractive space. Perfect price in the off season. Stayed here twenty years ago and it is just as classy now. Highly recommend!
