old style building and hotel but modern interiors and very clean and well maintained
like to have option of fitness room but minor issue...if i'd had real ambition i could have just got up early and done some stairs. lucked out with parking but plan ahead if it's busy; but easy walks around downtown so may not need a car
A quaint old time hotel right in downtown Vancouver. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large modern bathroom
Unfortunately there were people in rooms by ours that made a lot of noise through the night, not the hotels fault
Clean room, good location, friendly staff.
Room shown in photos of superior king room did not represent the room well. Air conditioner was a floor unit that took up the little space we had to sit and would only cool to 75 degrees.
Historical building. Lovely staff. Great location. Clean and beautifully decorated. Classy and elegant.
The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable.
Should have read the description more closely. The coffeemaker was for customers that like tiny cups of expresso,. There was no microwave. There was no restaurant/bar at hotel. Had to walk to a neighborhood market in a very sketchy part of Vancouver. Paid ahead for parking while on cruise. When we returned to pick up car there was a parking violation ticket on windshield for $150. Went to hotel to resolve and the lady at the front desk she the hotel had this happen before and the hotel would resolve it. She wanted the ticket, I told her it was the only thing I had concerning this matter. She took a photo with her phone and said she would send a picture to my email account, which I have yet to receive.
