A bit too expensive, maybe because it’s christmas.
Hotel's location was very good closer to the bus station.
The heating must be improved. The air conditioner was not heat enough to heat the room.
The reception staff was always very friendly and welcoming.
Cleanliness abysmal in the bathroom, old stains in shower, on the toilet, either very dirty or even mouldy shower head. Shower was mostly clogged causing the bathroom to flood. by the time the tech arrived (while we were out) it had painstakingly drained so they said nothing's wrong! every day! even though we explained that it was flooding while showering and that it took the better part of an hour for the water to drain. we had to make a barrier out of several towels and only turn the water on for short bursts.
The room was quite dirty. The carpet didn’t look clean, and I even found a cut nail in the bathroom. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly either, and there was a piece of hair in the corner. The pillows were extremely soft and uncomfortable. Additionally, the room looked nicer in the photos; however, upon arrival, it turned out to be old-fashioned and unwelcoming. This was the first time I didn’t want to return to the hotel to rest after walking for hours and exploring a new city. In general, I felt disgusted and uncomfortable.
