Sandos Cancún All Inclusive

The hotel is advertiised as a 4.5 stars, it is not, at best its a 4 stars. Staff was ok, cheap plastic chairs in the balcony, low budget shower head, elevetros small (4 people+-). Paid 2 nights and left after 1 (lost 1, didnt refund me). Tax/fees high

This hotel is wonderful everything costume service is outstanding special, Fernando buffet restaurant, Eddie pool, front desk employees are amazing

Only one this is hotel employee in the checkout asked for we can to pick us up he said is 45 dollar when we arrived in the airport the guy charged 56 this I do do anymore I will figure out my own transportation.

Location on the beach is amazing. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly. Bartenders-- just fantastic service. Mattress was really comfortable. Pools nicely cleaned and maintained.

Hotel showing its age, but really a 3 star hotel from an American standard, not 5. The food quality is below par, but allowed us to venture out.

Entertainment staff was good ! Dany Pinup dancers are good on Friday night Sumei was nice in Zango Beach is beautiful

The staff is great, and service and drinks at the pool and beach was marvelous. The massage terapeut was excellent

I really liked all the amenities offered. The buffet was wonderful, and there were lots of restaurant options that were included. The layout of the hotel was easy to navigate, and the grounds were very beautiful and well kept.
