Front desk was really helpful and proactive, however the buffet breakfast was really bad. Food was smelly and stale when requested for replacement the head chef denied, so much for customer service.
Buffet breakfast
Ten Pin bowling was a fun added bonus.
The location was perfect for what we needed, staff were friendly & hotel & room was clean, bed was comfy.
Room was freeeeeezing cold and wouldn’t warm up, having the pump heater on made so much noise. Increase in pet fees ($100 per dog) meant we decided not to bring our dog this time (stayed last year with him). $100 bond on my card that could take ‘a few days to a few weeks’ to come back to me also didn’t have this before and would put me off staying again.
Staff very friendly. The rooms and beds are very comfy
If you are looking for a quite place to rest, this is the perfect one. But if you want to enjoy the city and you don't have a car, this place it's a little bit far from the City Center.
lovely location away from the crowd, yet close to everything.
Good spacious rooms, well equipped. Ample parking. A 10 minute drive to Queenstown centre but plenty of u er availability
Communal areas are a bit run down, especially the carpet in Reception and corridors.
