OsoyoosGreat pool, nice view, great pool and lounge service from Catherine, comfy beds. Liked the games outside.
Pleasantly surprised to see robes hanging in closet. But robes were ratty with threads everywhere so I asked for new ones. Replacement robes almost as bad so we didn’t use them. Noisy in hall and noisy neighbours but A/C helped with that. No coffee available in lounge or reception - I get up very early and would wake my wife if I made it in my room. Higher increases have coffee available.
Love the private beach and outdoor pool! And they had 5 outdoor BBQs for guests to use. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable.
The pan they provided in the room wasn't very good and they could have had salt and pepper in the room as well.

No coffee in the lobby
Location was great and so was the view.
For the amount spent, the lack of an inclusive and diverse restaurant was extremely disappointing. We arrived in a downpour and so we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. As a vegetarian, there were hardly any acceptable options. The eggplant dish was just vegetables, no protein. And when I asked if I could get some plant based protein added to a salad, the server just stared at me. Then finally, after asking in the kitchen, there was no even a can of chickpeas in the kitchen to add to a salad. The food was bland and overpriced. You really have a long way to go to bring a more inclusive cosmopolitan menu . We won't stay here again.
