Park Tower Inn

Not much except for the location

Oh Wow! Where do I start? The hotel was not as advertised. The inside pool was freezing cold and the “lazy river” had no inner tubes. The hallways smelled of weed. There was no breakfast being served at all; that was supposed to be part of the deal. The walls in our room were damaged. They said they were about to bought out by Comfort Inn. Hope so because the hotel needs mayor remodels.

Location was great. Great price. The property has amazing potential.

Was told indoor pool and lazy river was heated, they were not heated. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible. Might as well not have had any. The bathroom sink faucet was not working correctly. You turn it on and you and the floor got soaked. Water barely went into the sink.

The pictures posted online are nothing like the actual hotel, it was very dirty and creepy

Close to the island

Dirty and not feeling safe pool chlorine work. It was too strong.It's burning people's eyes

Location was nice and price was low.

Woke up to a bedbug crawling on the blanket I was sleeping under. Put it in a cup and took a picture to show the front desk. I know they see these things but staff was very dismissive and indifferent.

None of it! We got there and it was run down. And so dirty.

The sheets were stained, our door didn't even close all the way. There were dead bugs everywhere! Lights didn't work. Was not comfortable at all and the people staying there were questionable. How ever as soon as we got to our rooms we went to the front desk and asked for a refund and they did. Thank God! So we booked a different hotel and left.
