Pool was closed for private function on the sat, we were only there 3 days!

Hotel clean and great location

Room 810 had the fan for the whole building on top of it buzzing noise all night asked for change of room and was charged more to move onto the main road Not good customer service the room was not fit for purpose of sleep. New room had old air conditioning unit also too noisy to keep on for any length of time. Need to appreciate the customer even if they are not Spanish.

Unsure of what to do at breakfast!! No one was taking room number or showing us to a table.

we could not get the TV programmes why is there is NO information in the room, 3 Times I asked to sort it for us. we travelled to other 4 star hotels and every time water was put water into the rooms every day. The pool was very cold and very shady. our room was very noisy as we were next to the pool and at night very noise from the roads outsides. It is not 4 stars

The location was excellent short walk to beach, close to Old Town, lots of restaurants

Requested an accessible room was given a standard room, no wet room or support handles by toilet

Staff were great. Breakfast was lovely. However, my room was very small and infested with tiny ants. Also, the air con wouldn't work. I'm sure it would have been fixed, but I was leaving the day it broke so I didn't say anything until I checked out. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but had to plug the kettle in on the bedside table. The room was very small with a larger than usual balcony. I thought it was very expensive.
