Location and staffs
It was clean, unusually for a single room it wasn't small. On the top floor. They had a fridge in the hall with a space allocated to my room where I could keep stuff.( Such a good idea). There is air conditioning but no remote, I assume as part of saving the planet. It wasn't needed as there were lovely big windows that could be opened. I prefer that if I'm honest but I am sure air conditioning was used over the summer as there are notices about how to use it. Recycling points are in the hall as a way to encourage guests to recycle. I am so glad, it's a really good initiative. I always keep my waste separate in hotels but I see it being put all into the same bags normally, and each room usually has 3 bags. Breakfast was ok yoghurt, meat, cheese, cereal, cake, fruit, some veggies and jams chocolate spread etc.Coffee amazing made with pods Hotel nicely situated for Wencelas Square and the old town and I have walked to Charles Bridge no problem. Though there are really good transport options close by.
Nothing
location was central, accessible by public transport and close to the main train station. we got the family room and it was spacious; the bed itself was wide and comfortable with a nice frame. we booked a cot as well; in the end it was easier to use one of the spare beds and worked well.
first night the heating was off and the room was freezing, the next days it was on and the room was warm and getting stuffy - when we opened the windows for sime fresh air there was too much noise from the street. then it was a lot of little things that made it together all not a comfortable stay. the soap dispenser in the shower kept falling off when trying to use it. the fan in the bathroom was loud and it would turn on only if the light was on and the shower had no windows. there were no basic things like a mini fridge that we could store some basic things/snacks, nor a kettle to make some tea or coffee, and there was no tea, coffee, or mugs, we had some take away food and they had no plates to give us that we could use. instead of a big blanket they had two individual ones which were too narrow, so if you twist a bit in your sleep either your feet or your shoulders would get uncovered. there was no trash bin in the room, just one in the bathroom.
Good location near the city center.
Back to the 90s.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is right next to a subway stop, and it is also very easy to just walk from there to the main tourist attractions. The room was rather large and clean. I also liked the bed; it was comfortable.
You can hear quite a lot of what is happening in other rooms and hallways. The shower is tiny, even though the bathroom itself is very spacious. It is among the more affordable hotels in Prague, but still feels slightly overpriced.
It was clean, convenient and comfortable
