We did a last minute booking, which could be a problem in many places, but their staff was super kind. The rooms we booked were not ready, so they gave us two double rooms with a little terrace and direct access to the pool

There's nothing wrong about my stay

People in the hotel were very friendly and help with every question. Location very central. Room nice.

Pool was not so clean

Close to port, lovely small pool with loungers to lay at if you like laying by the pool like me, good budget hotel

Thatch roof meant mosquitos easily get in to your room, they provide mosquito nets but ours had a hole in it so not much use. Electricity is very weak, same as most places on Holbox island, so air con very bad as well as plug sockets (my hairdryer wouldnt work) and Wi-Fi bad. But if youre out and about and only need a place to rest the head, its a good budget hotel

Location just a few steps from port. Pool and nice relaxing area around. Big bathroom.

Sandy paths around the pool are not very practical . Room was rather small, but OK for Mexico and the price. Holbox generally is expensive location.
