The bed was soft
They left trash from other guest in the room and charged me extra because I started my period and a little bit of blood got in the bed. And the guy was a smart elic when I called and asked about the extra $20 charge

It rained while there
Pictures on website led me to expect a more upscale experience. The location was clean, staff friendly and helpful. But after a week away from home I was looking forward to something more. While adequate for my needs, accommodation shown weren’t what I experienced.
