Next to Villa Borghese. 25+ minutes walk to Plaza Navona. The services were great, they pampered you all the time.
Room service food has room for improvement.
Location opposite Borghese Gardens was really convenient and our room overlooked the gardens which was pretty. It was also very quiet in the evenings unlike other city centre hotels. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great selections at breakfast. Styling in hotel public areas was really funky and we liked the Roman mural styling in our room.
The styling in the room was great but some features looked a little worn. The bathroom facilities were good but the shower wasn't as advertised.
They renewed the reception as well as the room. I felt it better but I needed the concierge for a taxi arrange and nobody could help me
They did give the slippers anymore…I was used to get one during my stays
The advantage this hotel has is the location that opens on Villa Borghese Park and in a quiet area, the concierge were very helpful, nice and polite
The reception were unfriendly sometimes and not supportive, you have to call them so many times to get one thing done. The room service is disappointment, and the room cleaning service are very very bad, and to be fair, one or two of the room service who came to clean the room were nice. The other did not clean the room as it should be as a hotel, the did not refill the hand soap, the tissues, they return used and unclean towels and bathrobe to its place without changing it. The way they the design of the rooms and the toilets are weird, the color is weird for hotels in general, the bathtub is strangely designed.
