Abigail at the front desk was awesome
No air conditioning, no washcloths, expensive food at restaurant. For what was served.
Staff, Abigail and Kennedy were great. Love the free bikes. Loved the location. Room 519 great view Loved the free drink

Staff was excellent
The room does not have individual climate control. The bathroom is run down and impractical design. Robes are rougher than described. Bar/restaurant is not open late.
Rooms are very nice and very clean, location is perfect for activities in Downtown Portland. Staff are friendly and check-in was pretty painless.
Restaurant is closed. This is our second stay in the last 3 months and it was closed then too - pretty disappointing overall. Bathrooms need updating as they are starting to look a little tired - most specifically an extractor fan would be helpful, and the ability to dim the lights or having a night-light option.
The beds were comfy, and since I got two rooms, the hotel was able to accommodate to be on the same floor.
They didn't have enough ADA rooms, but we made it work.
The heaters don’t seem to work in the rooms I’ve stayed here twice in different rooms and both don’t seem to heat up
