All staffs are very kind and friendly.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very cute! We brought in a whole lot of luggage but all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. And even though we didn’t bring dogs ourselves, it was very fun to see some cute dogs checkin in with the owners :) Definitely coming back and recommend to any dog owners who are looking for dog friendly hotels.
The elevator was a bit tight, but that was about it!
Loves the vibe & the location!
The bed seemed too soft for us.
Location is fantastic, walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. Rooms are decent, nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Check in staff is very friendly and helpful, Kennedy is great!
The mandatory resort fee. It's scummy. It's a tactic to lower the list price to game search engines and deal aggregators. It is declared... in small font next to the listed price. Then when you go to checkout you're surprised with an extra $25 that you probably didn't notice when comparing hotels. And it covers things that we wouldn't use or that have very little value. For example, it covers the "free" water bottle and "complimentary" drink tokens advertised as perks. These aren't free or complimentary if there's a mandatory fee to pay for them. And it covers access to the gym and other facilities that we wouldn't use yet have to pay for.
