No beach front to walk too because its literally on the beach not a big deal because the view of that sunset was amazing

Location and view of the ocean was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Arranged a bioluminescence tour for us, that was wonderful. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

Its a little far from town but worth it for the quiet.

Location is perfect: front beach (very relaxing watching the see from room and property in general), close to punta coco and down town. Its not a noisy place.

It should have food service

We thoroughly enjoyed the room with its stunning beach view, and the staff were kind and helpful. However, there is one major issue that detracts from an otherwise positive experience.

Unfortunately, the hotel has a major issue with the WiFi, as it does not reach the rooms. Guests are forced to go to the common areas if they want to use the internet. Another major concern is the broken staircase that leads to the beach. One of the stairs is missing, and the rest are in poor condition. This caused my girlfriend and me to fall on our first day, as it was dark and she was injured as a result. This is extremely dangerous, especially for older guests. Despite these issues, the room itself was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, it is crucial that the hotel address the WiFi and staircase concerns to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests.

Only two items, location and staff people were amazing. Great people, they try the best given the bad circumstances, all of us clients arriving were in shock by the terrible conditions of the place and the cleaning of the ugly rooms is great!

The communication for us to find the best ways to arrive from Cancun to Holbox, was unresponsive, not clear, and felt terrible not being able to connect and find right information. Apart from the great sight of the ocean, the whole environment is very unattractive or unpleasant to look at; offensive to the sense of beauty, rest, and relaxation; displeasing in appearance and even dangerous and risky specialy broken wooden stairs towards the beach. The rooms are disgusting, the decoration can not be more ugly, and the maintenance of the place is terrible (broken windows and mosquito nets; no curtains in some of the windows; lots of unrepaired old construction installations; not to mention they have no landscape work or idea. You can feel the lack of care in that making money-focused business. The corporation that owns the business does not let you get in touch with the nice people are attending the "reception" which by the way the closet-like corner represents the whole displeasing appearance of the place.

Personal was really Kind and helpfull. The views are great

Even if the view was great and this was high season, it is not etlhical to charge those prices for a room that has so many deficiencies. The owner should inmediately do some improvements (shower, Internet, sink, fridge...) The last time it was renovated is as old as the dust on the fan.
