In our room we found nuts and other bits on the floor just after we checked in. The following day we had new towels with a false nail stuck to the towel

Wi-Fi could be better

The hotel was very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. bed and bathroom were very good. view (from window) was nice but regretfully not an open view to the waterfront. Breakfast was great! Concierge (Hugo) was fantastic. Most helpful and forthcoming!! Location was OK but required a transportation to the real old city centre. Decor and atmosphere in the public areas was a bit formal and somewhat for businessmen. Price was high. But perhaps as usual in Copenhagen.....

This is a beautiful, luxury hotel. The lobby and lobby bar are lush and you could hang out there all day. The room was beautifully decorated and well equipped. I'd been travelling through Europe for 5 weeks and this was definitely a stand out hotel. That said, it was expensive, but worth it!

I had room service one night - it was perfect. Another night I ate in the hotel lobby restaurant and it was not so good in terms of food or service. So I'd recommend dining out, there are lots of restaurants nearby.
