Lobby
Room old need a lot renovation, costumer service in restaurant really poor
The property is located only 5-10 mins walk from the old historical city, china town and the central market area. The staff are excellent, if you want to visit any of the other areas they will arrange taxis and ensure you have a great stay.
Nothing
Breakfast was very good. Many options and attentive wait staff.
No
The location was good
The building was aged and requires an upgrade. I booked because of the gym. Very disappointed it wasnt in the building and it wasnt good. Sadly i wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
It was the best hotel in Lima ... 20 years ago. And this you can feel, everything is Ok but old. Comfortable rooms with wery wide beds. Price lower than in hotels in Miraflori. This hotel is ca. 15 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Just near a mall. Breakfasts very good (big choice, everything fresh and tasty). Service professional and kind.
Unpleasant surprise - door to the small balcony closed forever. No swimming-pool. This Sheraton is worse than other Sheratons in the world.
Breakfast good enough but not excellent. Need more variety on breads, such as having wheat bread.
Breakfast runners/waiters need to be more alert. Since most people drink coffee and/or tea, in the morning, all tables should have a coffee cup and tea spoon on the table. For instance I requested a cup of coffee for my table, waiter brough the cup and not the coffee, until I call their attention. I also noticed that the lobby have only four chairs and one ambient, I believe is too limited. I would recommend to have more lobby seating arrangements, since this main floor have a large open area.
