About the stay

When staying at Hard Rock Hotel® at Universal Orlando guests can skip the regular lines with FREE^ Universal Express Unlimited ride access at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Exclusive to guests staying at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel Hard Rock Hotel® and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. (Valid theme park admission required; select attractions. Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay or Universal Epic Universe.) Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). A 12000-square-foot pool with underwater music and rock and roll memorabilia decor is on site. Guests can also enjoy American fare at Palm Restaurant on site for dinner. Velvet Bar features a full bar and appetizers. Free WiFi a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station are available in each room. All rooms are decorated with rock music-themed decor. This hotel provides complimentary shuttle busses and walking paths around the resort so it’s just a quick hop to Universal Studios Florida Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal CityWalk.

- The service was impeccable. I can’t deny how nice everyone was. - Very convenient hotel if you’re planning to see universal studios.

- it’s 2024 and they don’t have chrome cast.. they charge $18.99 for each movie. - for what you pay, I expected more in terms of our room.

Being woken up by building...

I was not informed when I booked that the hotel was undergoing renovation and that one room two doors from me would be creating dust and that the one above would be so noisy as to wake me up in the morning and make any at attempt at resting during the day in my own room not feasible. When I contacted reception my concern was met with lip service and an empty promise that management would be approached to see how they would address my points. I never heard back from anyone.
