Easy access to rooms. Rooms were clean but still pretty dated. Was expecting 3 star, got that but with some issues.

Yes, they advertised hot tub and pool. Both were dirty and unusable.

The location is great, it was nice yet simple

The bathroom wasnt spot on clean, there was hair in the shower.

Location.

Staff upon arrival was Rude , condescending and very unprofessional as I was with my service animal why this reserveration was arranged for specific specifications.I was harrassed by staff and her friend on sight regarding pet policy and additional cost

Good location

Burned out lights, shower that wouldnt drain, Tv didnt work, advertised breakfast consisted of danish in cellophane -not even coffee service. Hotel feels very run down. They have signs about their great restaurant and lounge but both are closed.
