perfect location! perfect communication with a host. everything you need in the kitchen. you can feel like at home. Definitely I will look for Sonder properties in future!

a little bit noisy street - but I don't consider it as disadvantage - as you stay in a heart of the city, within a walking distance to many attractions.

This place was perfect for a young family in the center of the city. It was a great amount of space, very clean, easy to access, and well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

It is too bad that there is no elevator access to the rooms. We were fortunate that our room was only on the second floor so we did not have to lug our luggage too far.

Really great location on Newbury, well appointed with everything you could need for your stay.

Honestly the sofa bed mattress was not overly comfortable and if you struggle with stairs staying here could be an issue but the positives outweigh this.

they should say that in advance a elevator is missing for all disabled persons ( we dont have a problem with that) bed is a bit small

Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser are fragile. Staff was rigid.

We did not stat as they did not have elevators to take us to the allotted room. There were only stairs and we could not climb. Requested booking.com and sonders to help us relocate in other property. Both hid behind each other and i had to stay at other properties paying double. My money was not returned. Its shameful for both booking.com and sonders.

Big room

Big room but very poorly equipped e.g. kitchen w. large fridge & oven but no table & chairs to eat from, no wardrobe, no shelves for clothes, tv in corridor w uncomfortable chairs, tv cant be seen from bed
