Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location where you can just walk down the road for restaurants and activities. The facilitates are very nice with a beautiful infinity pool and beach chairs that take advantage of the ocean views. Very clean as well.

I booked this trip and hotel for my bachelorette party. I think where things fell short is the guest services. My girlfriend was emailing and in communication with guest relations to help set up a small surprise in the room for my bachelorette which was not done even though it was coordinated in advance. Also, when we checked in there was a delay with our room and we were promised a special room on the 12th floor. Unfortunately when we check in an hour later that was not the case. So it was quite disappointing where the execution was not delivered and false promises was made. Overall still a beautiful hotel and in a prime location.

It is too pricey for what was provided. However, we had a pleasant stay. Fitness Center was great!! Drink prices too high.

Convenient location, great pools, and a lot of food options available.

Limited beach access.

The hotel was amazing only surpassed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

The hotels location was perfect, the staff was exceptional! I wish I stayed longer. I will return soon!
