The rooms and staff were nice
There is no beach at this hotel on the water, seriously! The hotel only has the CBS channel in one of their restaurants. My son and I were trying to watch the Final Four and were unable to watch it anywhere in the hotel. The one restaurant wiith CBS had a private party and kicked us out when we were trying to watch the game. The front desk told me to go somewhere off property if I wanted to watch the game. The cost for coktails here was absolutey insane. A margarita was $24 and all of their coctails were very weak with little alcohol. The food here was just slightly above average
Very luxurious and high end feel of the facilities. The pool area and restaurants on premise are beautiful.
Overcrowded, lack of service at the pool area. Also long lines at the front desk when we traveled. The pool area was nice, but for us It felt like a cruise ship pool deck-which is not what we were looking for or expecting. No true beach area for guests for swimming.
Options of restaurants
One early about 4:30 I was woken up smelling strong fumes reported it to front desk no one ever returned our called or followed up the smell slowly got better and we later found out the room across from was being remodeled and the fumes from paint and glue for rug was what I was smelling at 4:30am!!!! Also saw stains on the mattress cover one morning after we woke up.
Gorgeous place with a beautiful view and a fabulous ambience. Excellent staff all went above and beyond.
Incredible staff .. all of them .. from the lounge like Adriana, the front desk like Ana B, Gabriel, Michael, Alejandro, Veronica, and the spa .. Christian magicking my lunch in a way no one else could .. so many .. you’ll feel at home and then some. Watching the pelicans catch fish masterfully and gracefully as the sun sets ..
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Location was subpar, foul smelling when you walked out the doors and just a general unsafe feeling while walking down the street.
Service was abysmal at the hotel. Housekeeping didn’t come until we called guest services multiple days of our stay. Beds were left unmade, there was hair and crumbs and garbage left behind. Just did not meet the expectation of staying at a 5 star hotel.
