It is a nice hotel located in the center of the city with a magnificent view of the downtown architecture, the room with balcony was small but comfortable, the breakfast service was very good and varied, the parking is accessible directly to the hotel. The social areas, Bar ,restaurant, the pool and sauna service are very clean and friendly.

Nothing was ugly, everything was as it should be. Good.

Breakfasts and dinners are very good! I really enjoyed every meal. Waters are also very nice. Nice and cozy lobby bar. Complementary sparkling wine in the lobby every day. The stuff is very friendly.

Cash without receipts in the bar.There is a criminal smell there. Very unpleasant. Very old and used bed linen. Photos attached. I had a deluxe room (upgraded). The bed linen had wholes, there was a leak on the floor in the bathroom. Hopefully hotel staff changed my room to a newer one, but twice smaller. Internet connection is very very bad! If you stay there for a long time and need to work - this hotel is a bad choice. Unless you would take with your your own internet.

Really BAD: *The pool and around, the sauna/ fin bath(steam room) and around were really dirty, especially in evening times, there are hundreds of hair on the floor. Need regular cleaning strategies. *The Internet was so bad even in the room or in the lobby, I could not connect and always needed to use my own moble hotspot connection. It needs urgent arrangements! BAD: *The temperature of the pool is cold (it is not a hot water pool, even I don't think that the water temperature is 29 degrees as it is written in the Booking comments) *You can not use the sauna and fn bath(steam room) before 15 pm, f you are planning to spend a long time in the hotel spa part, that won't be an optimal accomodaton. *The sauna and fin bath are overcrowded, hard to find a place inside, especially in the evening times. *One of the two main elevators wasn't working, it shouldn't be in a hotel with a senior guest profle, where many guests need to use elevators.

Great location, amazing breakfast and nice staff.

The pool is very small and crowded. You have to walk across a corridor to get to the tiny steam room and sauna, which were always very busy and there is limited changing rooms. We booked the hotel for these facilities and just didnt end up using them. I asked 4 months before for 2 rooms near each other because we were travelling with children so we needed to be close. I then asked again 1 week before and then finally the day before. So what happens on arrival, they give us 1 room on the 2nd floor and another on the 6th floor, the further distance apart possible, with no option for anything else. Only one lift worked so we were constantly walking up and down the stairs.
