The whole experience was incredible, the staff, the view, the room. However, the only downside was the food. In and of itself it would have been fine but when you can't easily leave accomodation, fine isn't enough.
Food
The property is absolutely beautiful. It feels like youre in the clouds. It is also very safe seeing as theres multiple gates to enter the mountain. So once youre in you can walk around at your leisure.
We stayed at the bungalow Tucan 12. Our room didnt have hot water. Besides that everything was perfect
Amazing location, views and super helpful staff. A great place for a circuit breaker if travelling around Colombia. Minca seemed crazy, whereas this was a tranquil escape. Food great as well!
Can hear everything between rooms and it was loud with cleaners super early.
