Beautiful property even if slightly aged, so much character, well taken care of. Short drive from Monopoli

Decor in room a little dated

Breakfast were delicious and food plentiful. The property had an outdoor pool and an indoor pool in the spa. It was perfect as it cooled down late afternoon and I went to the peaceful spa pool which was just as big as the outdoor pool. The room smelled of the lovely products in the rooms

Spacious, relaxing, luxurious, great food and staff and surrounds, the salt scrub at the spa was excellent

Very clean, friendly staff and very helpful.

The air-conditioning was not cold as I expected.

The breakfast was AWESOME, staff are lovely! Site has excellent facilities, we made use of the gym & pool during our stay & were happy with both.

There was a wedding at the property during our stay. As is with weddings, there was loud music and people floating around. We would have liked to be notified of this as we were kept up until late, not great when you're paying this much for accomodation. Courtyard rooms are mediocre at best, ours was tired & very dark. Our windows looked out onto a hallway and foot traffic could see straight in.

If youre coming expecting 5 stars you will surely be disappointed. Its too outdated. At best 4 stars. The best thing about it is its location. It may have the frame of a luxury accommodation. But it needs massive renovation to get to 5 star quality.
