Friendly staff and excellent service.
The Chromecast service in the room did not work, but this was true for the whole hotel due to a problem with the service provider.
It was a nice day, clean comfortable room, good area, we only face a problem with the sink. The room has a very nice view The lady on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and showed us a city map. It was very helpful
1. The sink problem was annoying. 2. Ticket affording. they told us they can book us tickets for a museum. we asked and reminded them many times but they didn't. it was a little bit sad because we depended on what they say. 3. Yes it was nice stay but the overall price was a bit high considering 2 nights + a winter season wasn’t crowded with tourists.
Beautiful hotel - piece of art.
