No toilet paper in room, towels felt like sand paper, small and very very worn toilet flushing loud enough on refill to wake room next door
We arrived Earley....we gave plenty of notice we were early...and wanted to get our room... the lady at front desk said call about 2pm which should have gave plenty of time for our room to be ready...then they would not let us in till 4pm..by that time I would not make it to my event...I went into the restroom to get ready...after traveling for twelve hours straight...grab and go breakfast was terrible...
