Room smelled like sewage, wallpaper was separated at the seams, wall had a 3’x3’ spot in the ceiling that something was obviously previously repaired, furniture was all scratched
I liked that we were close to the hospital complex
The room was clean, but one of the lamps would only flicker. Additionally, the reason that we picked Sonesta was for the added benefit of having a restaurant on site (for a meeting) and a hot tub. The restaurant was not open due to staffing issues, and the hot tub has been out of service for several months apparently. I understand both of these issues, but I would not have booked there if I had known this ahead of time.
Restaurant and hot tub were closed. Chose this hotel specifically for these amenities. Room was beat up. Shower barely worked. Elevator was extremely loud every time it went up or down.
Not clean in the room. Dirty carpets in hallways and common areas. Very rude front desk staff.
