The property is a great location for walking to many stores and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly.
The room/bathroom was smaller than I was expecting, but still comfortable.
A grand old elegant hotel, rooms small but that is common for these older hotels, location was perfect for walking old Charleston. Really nice workout room. The Swamp Fox Resturant was excellent for dinner.
Costly for the room but not a surprise. Made up for it in other ways. Valet parking is almost required as parking can be challenging in Charleston. But the Valets were quick, courteous and helpful.
This property was incredibly impressive and the grandeur and elegance of its day was very evident.
There was nothing I disliked about this property, except parking and we couldn’t tour the beautiful ballrooms.
One of the few great , grand hotels . Food was excellent.
Awesome location
Super uncomfortable beds, unclear description of parking on & offsite.
Great location, nice afternoon cocktail hour
