Hotel Palace Berlin

Great value for money and perfect location. The breakfast was truly fantastic, in terms of both selection and quality!

Everything, everyone was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very gracious and comfortable. We both loved the beds.

The hotel is in an excellent location next to Tiergarten and easily within walking distance of many of the main sights in the city. Also close to both the overground and underground trains making transport super easy. The hotel itself is fantastic. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The luggage storage is really secure. The rooms are A-MAZING. Comfiest bed I think I've ever had in a hotel. Nicely decorated, spacious, clean. Housekeeping were brilliant and kept folding things we did not expect to have folded! Every member of staff we encountered during the stay was lovely. The price we paid and the service we got.. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I didn't want to leave! I will 100% be back next time I visit Berlin. If you're looking for somewhere to stay PICK HERE.

I like the location in the middle of the city. You can go mostly everywhere by foot or take a taxi or use a Lime scooter.

In the night time it is a bit tricky and I would not recommend a woman to go alone. It is scary as groups of young men rot together and they don't give you way. You have to go around and two times they shout after me. It is not a good feeling. So, after dark, I stayed in the Hotel.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Top hotel in vibrant location. Not too stuck-up. Second hotel in Germany I am really satisfied with.

It would be petty to find something. Only stayed there for a night, though.

The property is stunning with amazing decor

I have only written this after waiting for a reply from an email I have sent direct to the hotel to which they have not replied. In the room next door to myself there was a dog that barked and whinned into the early hours and early morning I advised reception to be told there was no dogs just as two dogs were walking through the lobby. Had they investigated after the first incident then the second would not have happened. No accountability taken by the hotel.
